1. Use of the website and services

This website is an informational and marketing platform for Model Exorex 100, a technology platform. Trading transactions are executed with licensed legal entities, including SEBI-registered intermediaries, under arrangements made when your account is set up. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes connected to your own account, in your own name, and in markets you are legally permitted to access.

2. Limitations

The platform provides tools, information, and analysis related to trading in stocks, digital assets, and related instruments. It is not personalized investment advice unless explicitly given in writing by an authorized person for your situation, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn as the service evolves.

3. Marketing materials and information emails

By registering you agree to receive service messages: verification calls, account notifications, and transactional email. Marketing email is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every message or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal of marketing consent never affects service messages.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, texts, logo, the Exorex model's outputs as presented, code, and data compilations belong to Exorex Analytics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, scraping, or using the content to build a competing or misleading service is not permitted, and exchange or provider names referenced remain the marks of their owners.

5. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Identity verification data is handled under the AML/KYC policy.

6. Links to third-party sites

The site links to third parties such as regulators, payment providers, and exchanges for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Follow them at your own judgment and read their terms.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the platform to violate any law or sanction, to launder money or finance terrorism, to infringe intellectual property, to send spam, to attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure, to overload or attack the service, to distribute malware, or to trade on behalf of third parties without authorization. Violations lead to suspension, termination, and where required reporting to the authorities, and can result in loss of access to funds pending investigation.

8. Support

Support is provided by Client Support and Compliance at [email protected] during Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 IST (excluding public holidays). Account managers assist with onboarding, settings, and review meetings as described on the personal support page. Complaints follow the complaints procedure.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". While we work to keep information accurate and the platform available, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, that analysis will be timely, or that any result will be achieved. Market data can be delayed or wrong at the source. All trading involves risk, described in the risk disclosure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exorex Analytics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or trading losses caused by market movement, your instructions, or third-party failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability arising from fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exorex Analytics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its staff against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these terms

As the service, the payment rails, or the law change, these terms change with them. The current version is always this page, material changes are announced in the account before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If a change is unacceptable to you, you may close the account under the terms that applied before the change.

Other provisions
